Different people need support at different times in their relationships. We offer counselling and training services that help to build stronger relationships for anyone dealing with breakups, arguments, affairs, sexual problems, step-families, retirement, a new baby or anything else that affects relationships. The sooner people seek help with these issues, the more likely their relationship will survive and thrive.
We are an independent charity and part of the Relate Federation, which has 75 centres across England & Wales. Relate has been in existence for over 70 years, and our counsellors are trained to the highest standards.
Relate Central & Northern Hertfordshire supports over 1,000 couples, individuals and families every year.
